Will Rogers once said, “Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.” Past regrets do often stifle present progress and remembering when can adversely affect future accomplishments. We all have some I wished I hadn’t baggage. Our good ole days, glorified memories are probably overrated. Rogers’ quote reminds us of the need to focus on the present moment. Allowing God to use us right here and right now should be our desire. Preoccupation with the past will dictate the present if we allow it to do so. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. NKJV Isaiah 55:6
