Some of you will remember the game show Let’s Make a Deal. It was first televised in the early sixties and ran for forty years. The winning contestants had the choice of prizes hidden behind one of three doors. Needless to say, the prizes were good, better or best. Perhaps it was popular and exciting because we make choices every day of our lives. Some choices are worthwhile, some are worthless, and some just a waste of time. No, life’s doors are seldom blind choices. However, we can depend on the wisdom of others for help, and we can trust God to guide our selections. Pursue the best, and ask God to take care of the rest.
