One of the Gaither hymns that many of us came to love contains the words "I'm so glad I'm a part of the family of God." Any opportunity to be with family is a joy, even if it is a conference call which brings us together. The beginning of COVID in the US literally rocked our world, and the repercussions significantly undermined the unity of the church, the family of God. The church has not completely recovered from the shock of COVID, and many of our family members continue to worship electronically. Most of us would agree, remote worship is just not the same as sharing in worship together with God's people. The choice deprives us of fellowship with our family and our family is just not complete. Worship remotely when necessary and join your family if at all possible.
