One of the grandkids reminded me recently of chameleons, one of the groups of lizards that can change colors in order to blend with their surroundings. They can actually change colors to camouflage based on their environment. It helps them to hide from their predators and aids in their hunt for food. Many Christians are finding it increasingly more difficult to blend in with our secular society. As the gap between Biblical and public values widens, the ethical fence is becoming more difficult to straddle. May God help us to stand as Joshua did long ago when he said: "But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." (Joshua 24: 15, NKJV)
